Solvya is a loan brokerage intermediary service. We are not a bank, credit institution, or financial services provider regulated by any banking authority. We act solely as an intermediary by collecting loan enquiries from users and forwarding them to relevant financing partners or advisors for assessment.

By submitting an application through our website, you are expressing an interest in obtaining financing. Solvya does not guarantee the provision of any loan or financing. All final lending decisions are made by third-party financing partners, not by Solvya.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Solvya does not guarantee that submitting an application will result in a loan offer, approval, or any financing outcome. All financing decisions rest solely with our partner institutions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
